Needed:
Candles Incense consecrated
3 yellow 1 meter long
a lanyard (not synthetic)
a needle

Time:
With the pin affect the symbols of Alpha Omega and the base of the candles,

Place the cord at the left of the candles and incense in clockwise direction, then placing the incense to the starting point.

Throw the remains of the wax in a stream of running water and always keep with you the rope with seven knots.
In times of need you can undo a knot to release energy. (No more than one time)
After one year the cord should be buried in a secluded place, and the ritual can be repeated if desired. PS
During the magical rites candles burn so strange and unpredictable, so they may be consumed before the end of the ritual. Keep spare three more candles to light in the first case have ended too soon.
