It aims to:
-Fight against poverty, ignorance and all the social discrimination;
- establish rehabilitation centers for young people with addiction problems;
-promotion of 'agriculture, livestock rearing and organic farming;
-l' institution Community medical centers in the villages;
-support for the right of entry of disadvantaged children, with no training in public education and the establishment of orphanages;-
provide medical and surgical aid to the rural population;
-easier access to health care for the poor, vulnerable and those living with HIV / AIDS-
proceed with the reorganization of cities and villages in the refuse collection, emptying of septic tanks to prevent epidemics;
-facilitating ' access to displaced persons in the community of first asylum;
